Return and Refunds

If you are unhappy with your online purchase you can exchange the item in-store or if you wish to exchange please bring into a store along with the dispatch note or send by post to our Online Returns Centre.  The dispatch note included with the order should be sent back with the items being returned.
Free in store return - You can exchange an online purchase in store within 14 days of purchase if it is in saleable condition, including original packaging and swingtags.  If you wish to receive a refund in store please bring the item for return and the dispatch note to Alma Avenue Pay Point.
By post - If you wish to return your online purchase for a refund please post back to the Alma Avenue. The dispatch note included with the order should be included with the items being returned.  See below for details:

Post back your online return to the following address along with the dispatch note for a refund within 14 days of receipt:

If you ordered online and your order was delivered to a store, you will need to return your product(s) to a store.
If you ordered in store, and collected in store, you must return your items to a store.
Orders paid for using Paypal can be exchanged in store however if you wish to return items for refund you will need to return to one of the Dunnes Stores Online Returns addresses detailed above. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
 
You can exchange items purchased online in store within 28 days of purchase.
In order to exchange your purchases in store, please bring the item(s) in their original saleable condition including swing tags and packaging.
